Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas Media (“Atlas Media,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit atlasmedia-ma.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. By using the Site, you acknowledge this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. The “Book a call” links on the Site take you to an intake form hosted by Google (our “Outreach Form”). The form asks for your contact name, email address, personal cell phone number, preferred method of contact (phone or email), the name of the business you represent, and the day and time you would like a call. If you email or call us, we receive your contact details and whatever you tell us. Please don’t send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information through the form or by email.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the Site — for example your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of each request — and keeps it in server logs.
Cookies and similar technologies. We do not set cookies. When you first visit our homepage in a browser session, we store a small flag in your browser’s session storage so the intro animation doesn’t replay. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is cleared when you close the tab. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or other tracking cookies or pixels.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and to schedule and prepare for calls with you.
- To prepare proposals and provide services you ask us for.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not send marketing emails or text messages, and we do not maintain a mailing list. We contact you only to respond to your inquiry or about services you have asked us about.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and our business — including Google (which hosts the Outreach Form), Vercel (website hosting), and the email and communications tools we use. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or legal process, or when needed to protect rights, safety, or the security of the Site.
- A successor, if we merge, are acquired, or sell assets. In that case your information may transfer, subject to this policy.
4. Third-party services and links
The Outreach Form is operated by Google and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. Our hosting is provided by Vercel; see Vercel’s Privacy Notice. We don’t control these third parties and aren’t responsible for their practices.
5. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, for the length of any client relationship plus a reasonable period afterward. Inquiries that don’t become engagements are kept for about 12 months and then deleted or anonymized, unless we are required to keep them longer.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing staff@atlasmedia-ma.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or other privacy laws, and we will honor requests as those laws require. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.
8. Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across websites, we don’t change how the Site works in response to Do Not Track signals.
9. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Where information is processed
We operate in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States and in other places where our service providers operate. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date above. Please review it periodically. Our Terms of Use also apply to your use of the Site.
